As a family of orthodontic professionals, my staff and I strive to constantly dedicate ourselves to utilizing the best of our abilities, knowledge and sensitivities to provide individualized orthodontic care for our patients. We also feel it is our responsibility to assist our patients in providing a dental environment in which each patient can maintain his or her own optimum dental health.

We, your orthodontic team, pledge ourselves to accommodate different personal styles and adapt individual treatment strategies for our patients. We pledge to continue to upgrade our orthodontic knowledge with continuing education while maintaining pride in our pleasant working environment, the quality of care we provide, and lasting impressions our relationship has on our patients and ourselves.

We pledge to follow guidelines issued by the CDC and the ADA concerning sterilization and disinfection procedures for your and our well-being.

Martha Her favorite saying is "Excellence is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well."	Insurance Coordinator Martha is our Insurance Coordinator. She specializes in translating the red tape and making your insurance work for you. Insurance companies tremble at her name! Our patients are blessed to have her fighting for their benefits.
Susan Her favorite saying is "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."	Treatment Coordinator Susan is our Treatment Coordinator. She is devoted to making the transition from civilian to patient easy! Our patients greatly benefit from her helpful manner and immense knowledge of orthodontics. Questions about treatment are her specialty!
Jessica Her favorite saying is "If God is your co-pilot, switch seats."	Appointment Coordinator Jessica is the first part of our dedicated front desk team. She strives to follow all office policies in order to keep the day flowing smoothly. Her polite mannerism and warm smile put you at ease, because she always aims to please.
Nichole Her favorite saying is "Life is not worth living without laughter and love."	Appointment Coordinator Nichole is the second part of our dedicated front desk team. She works hard to make sure every phone call is received and every question is answered. Need a laugh to start your day? A smile on your face; she’ll send you on your way.
Kim Her favorite saying is "No one gets a lifetime rehearsal."	Orthodontic Assistant/ Patient Flow Coordinator Kim is a member of our orthodontic assistant team and our Patient Flow Coordinator. She supervises the assistants and insures the clinic is running on time, every time. She’s quick and fast and loves to take charge. Her first name is “Drill” and last name is “Sarg”.

A soul generated by love." - Martin Luther King, Jr.	Orthodontic Assistant Hadiya is the next member of our orthodontic assistant team as well as our Inventory Specialist. She sees to it that our clinic is fully stocked and loaded. Don’t be fooled by her quiet demeanor. Underneath that humble exterior is a dedicated soldier waiting to serve our patient’s needs.
Meagan Her favorite saying is "You are not better than me, but I am better than no one."	Orthodontic Assistant Meagan is another member of our orthodontic assistant team. She just loves to “straighten up” our patients. Her love of orthodontics is awesome at best. Come see Meagan, she’ll put your mind at rest.

She makes it her duty to welcome you into our orthodontic family. With kindness and grace, she makes memories of your face!
Victor His favorite saying is "Life is too short…stretch it!"	Lab Technician Meet Victor, our adept aromatic resident Lab Technician. He's always creating something, whether it's an orthodontic appliance or good old-fashioned mischief. If you start him up, he'll never stop!
Julia Her favorite saying is "Sometimes the scariest thing in life is getting what you want, because then you actually have something to lose."	Laboratory Assistant Julia is the assistant to our laboratory technician. Filing records and creating models is her job. She trims, she pours, and retainers she can make. She stirs up more than plaster, but we think she’s really great.
