Concentration -- Uncover the squares two at a time to see what's underneath. Remember what pictures you saw and make matches to uncover the whole board.

Dots -- Draw lines between circles on the page, and make squares without allowing your opponent (the computer) to do the same.

Hanoi Towers -- Move the rings between three posts to move the tower from one post to another.

Tic Tac Toe -- Play against the computer and make a row of three "X"s to win.

Wooden Nickel Incentive Program

Our incentive program is for school age patients, up to and including age 13, that are in active orthodontic treatment. Once a patient goes into the retainer phase, or is between Phase One and Phase Two treatment, they are no longer eligible for participation in the Wooden Nickel Program.

In order to help our patients fulfill their treatment goals, our incentive program will reward our active patients at their regular visit for areas of excellent cooperation. We will give Wooden Nickels as part of the reward program. The number of Wooden Nickels received depends on how well patients do on their COOPERATION EVALUATION. A nickel is also given if you wear your Dr. Powell T-shirt to your regular scheduled appointment. An extra Wooden Nickel may be earned for making the A or AB Honor Roll as well.

The Wooden Nickels may be saved and redeemed for a variety of prizes. This is our way of saying "Thank You!" to our young patients for cooperating and being such a great patient.

You may receive one Wooden Nickel for each satisfactory area that you are eligible for. You may receive up to four Wooden Nickels at each appointment. To receive an extra nickel for making the A or AB Honor Roll, just bring in your school letter or newspaper clipping stating you are on the Honor Roll.

The day you are in for your appointment, if we forget to give you the Wooden Nickels you deserve, just ask your assistant for them before you leave the office. Wooden Nickels are only given out in the treatment area by the assistant who saw you the day of your appointment. Wooden Nickels are redeemed for prizes at the front desk, but only assistants will give out Wooden Nickels.
